How we ranked the AI bots
We ranked each AI bot on what matters to a Malaysian business: does it do work or only answer questions, does it work where Malaysian customers are (especially WhatsApp) and in the languages they use, can it be used by a business today, and is the business price clear. We left out personal and consumer plans, because they are not built for companies. Terabot is our product, so treat its first place as our view and judge it against the same four points.

How to choose an AI bot in Malaysia
Write down the one job you want off your team's plate, and how many messages or tasks it involves each month. Shortlist two or three bots from this list that fit that job, ask each for a trial or demo on your own real examples, and compare the full monthly cost, including any per-message WhatsApp fees. Check where your customer data is stored and how the bot meets the PDPA, and make sure a person can take over any conversation.
