Get a plain answer on data: what the AI sees, where it is stored and processed, and how you delete it, because your duties under the Personal Data Protection Act stay with you. Prefer a small, paid first step with a clear success measure, such as hours saved or response time, before any long contract. Finally, compare the total cost over a year, including set-up, licences, AI usage and support.
